Ahmad Yadgar wrote this book in the sixteenth century during the reign of Jahangir. It is also known as Tarikih-i-Shahi. It supplies useful account of the Lodi and Sur dynasties. His account is based on contemporary literary sources. It also refers to the account of the Afghan’s struggle against Babar and Humayun for the establishment of their political supremacy.
