In the
beginning of career Firisha was in the service of Murtaza Nizam shah who
was the ruler of Ahmadnagar. Later on he joined Adil Shah II, the ruler of
Bijapur. Before writing this precious account, he consulted almost all the
Persian accounts available depicted and political career of Sher Shah along
with his public welfare works.
Besides
the above referred books the following are also important sources of knowing
the history of Humayun and Sher Shah.
