Padshahnama
It was
written by Abdul Hamid Lahauri who was a great scholar of the contemporary
period. As Qazvini was asked to discontinue the writing of Padshahnama just
after ten years of the beginning of the same, Abdul Hamid was assigned the work
of writing this precious book. He threw light on the history of the next ten
years’ reign of Shah Jahan. He threw ample light on the splendor of the court
of Shah Jahan, daily routine of Shah Jahan and distribution of various posts to
the nobles, amirs and scholars.
